Ms. Roman has been with Pan America Academy Charter School
since the opening in 2008. Prior to her position at Pan American
Academy Ms. Roman worked at various non-profit organizations
within the North Philadelphia communities. Ms. Roman came
to Pan American with over 20 years of administrative experience,
with this being her third year at the charter school. Her

Ms. Ingrid Santos has been with Pan American Academy Charter School since the opening in 2008. She has over 12 years of experience working in the educational field.Prior to working at Pan American Academy Charter School, Ms. Santos has worked for the Philadelphia School District as a Literacy Cordinator, PSSA and Terranova coordinator. At Pan American Academy she is the adminstrator for students records and attendance. In addition, she is the adminstrato for online student data system called Powerschool.Her dedication and passion is working with children and parents from our community.
