ESOL
Mrs. Carrera is teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) to students in grades three through five. She also coordinates the ESOL program at Pan American for all grades. Mrs. Carrera is a TAP Mentor, or teacher coach, as well. Mrs. Carrera received both her Masters of Multicultural Education with a concentration in ESOL and her Bachelor’s in Elementary education from Eastern University. Mr. Carr teaches English as a Second Language in the grades six and seven. He also works with school administration and staff to develop the Dual Language Program. Mr. Carr earned his Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from the School for International Training (now known as World Learning) and his Bachelor’s of Art degree from Bucknell University.
